Head Chef new opening straight shifts only 3 evenings An exciting opportunity for a creative Head Chef to put their stamp on this new modern British restaurant.
The menus will be British classics crafted with care and utilising all the wonderful local and seasonal produce.
Benefits include: Generous salary + tronc Straight shifts Only 3 evenings a week Autonomy over the menus Brand new kitchen Pension Free parking 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays The restaurant seats up to 46 covers and will be open for brunch and lunch every day and dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Alongside this there is a private dining room for up to 12 covers and an outside courtyard for events and functions.
They are looking for a talented Head Chef who feels passionately about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce and can write menus that will delight their guests and keep them returning.
There is a large, brand-new kitchen and several events planned prior to opening to ensure everything runs smoothly once opened to the public.
The Head Chef will also be responsible for recruitment, training and nurturing of his brigade to bring the best out of them and make them feel a valued member of the team.
