This multi-award-winning pub company are currently looking for an Assistant Manager who can provide support for one of their popular sites. Currently, they are looking for a strong manager with previous experience within high volume, fresh food pub restaurants. The role will allow you to learn every aspect of the business and develop your skills to become a future General Manager for one of their sister sites. The ideal candidate will feel passionately about their career in hospitality and have a cheerful, outgoing and vibrant personality.

The role involves assisting the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with all aspects of the day to day running of the property and there will be plenty of opportunity to input your own ideas in how the pub can be improved and developed. It is a very busy pub and restaurant so previous experience within a similar role, and a similar establishment will be essential, as you will be overseeing a large team of both full-time and part-time staff.
