Food & Beverage Manager high end dining – package £60,000
A unique hotel building an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine and sophisticated, edgy ambience. Having already been awarded numerous accolades they are constantly looking for ways to improve and develop their offering, so now require an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to take them to the next level.
There are 2 restaurants, a cocktail bar, lounge and event space. The role will involve overseeing one of the restaurants, the deck and all events, with a team of 30 staff.
There is an excellent Head Chef in place and with his brigade they prepare an indulgent menu utilising all the fresh produce available to them. This culinary adventure is centred around Texan and Asian culture and cuisine bringing Canterbury a new and innovative concept.
The role and skills required:
- Overseeing the day to day running of these unique restaurants and event space.
