We are looking for a Deputy Manager who enjoys working in an environment that is all about creating the best experience for customers. You will have excellent leadership skills, be a team player with a real passion for food and be able to help lead from the front with a calm and focused approach, especially when under pressure.

Another key aspect to this role is managing and training the team, including reinforcing staff standards, staff retention, recruitment and motivation to ensure they are fully on board with the company’s vision for success. Strong leadership skills are essential and as Deputy Manager you will be expected to take control of the day-to-day running of the pub in the Manager's absence.
