Currently, they are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to work alongside the Head Pastry Chef. The menus are modern British and there will be plenty of opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute ideas for the menus. Alongside breakfast, lunch and dinner, they also have a busy afternoon tea trade.
