As a leading supplier of building materials including aggregates, concrete, and waste management services, we’re expanding across the North East and looking for a Field Sales Executive who’s driven, ambitious, and ready to take full ownership of their region. This role covers Durham and Tees Valley, and offers full autonomy to manage your own diary, build relationships, and drive business growth. What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter with a strong desire to exceed targets
- Someone motivated by financial success and personal achievement
- Confident in managing their own schedule and building relationships
- Commercially minded with a passion for business development
- Experience in construction or building materials is a plus, but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and prospects on a pre-arranged or cold-calling basis
- Manage your own diary and book appointments with key buyers and Site Managers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and account holders
- Chase leads and generate new business opportunities
- Identify new prospects within your designated region
- Liaise with Managers for accurate costings and compliance with EA Permits
- Report monthly on pipeline, new leads, accounts, and opportunities won or lost
