8 Wheel Tipper Driver
Location: Manton Quarry, DN21 4JT
Pay: £14.25 per hour. Overtime paid at £21.37 per hour + bonuses.
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HGV Cat C sweeping vehicles in line with all HGV and traffic legislation
- Operate the vehicle safely, professionally, and responsibly at all times
- Assist with route planning and scheduling in collaboration with your line manager
- Monitor traffic reports and adapt routes where necessary
- Carry out thorough pre‑use vehicle defect and cleanliness checks
- Ensure the vehicle cab is kept clean, tidy, and presentable
What We’re Looking For
- A valid HGV Category C licence
- A valid Tachograph card
- CPC qualification
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Tipper driver
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- The right to work in the UK
