About the Role

Reporting to the Civil Construction Manager – Rolleston, you will be responsible for overseeing the on‑site delivery of a diverse range of projects, including:

• Commercial siteworks
• Subdivision construction
• Roading and water infrastructure contracts

You will play a key role in the daily execution of both greenfield and brownfield projects throughout the Selwyn and Christchurch metropolitan areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Collaborate closely with the Civil Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
