You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a range of projects and providing specialist knowledge across the board. The aim of this practice is to give you a platform to make a genuine difference, that is not possible in the wider Building Services arena.Ideal you will have an accredited Building Services / Mechanical Engineering degree or higher educational qualificationIdeally + 5 years’ experience within a building services design role running projects from conception through to completion including calculations, drawings, specifications, etcIdeally chartered or working towards chartered engineer status with a suitable institutionExperience using AutoCAD and RevitExperience using design software such as IES, Hevacomp and RevitYou will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teamsYou will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high-level diligence and organisational skill
