This regional office in London focuses on building in North London and the Northern Home Counties and is typically working on 10-15 live developments at any time. Right now there is a need to appoint a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor who will lead a major multi-phase development in Hertfordshire, totalling 1000+ units.
You will report to a Commercial Manager, and take responsibility for an Assistant, and a Commercial Administrator.
