- £75,000 per annumAhsbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a building services contractor working on a £20m commercial fit-out scheme in the city.
You will manage and quality control the entire mechanical installation on this project.They’re recruiting for this position on permanent basis with the following experience:They are looking for someone with the following experience:5 years’ experience as a mechanical project managerMust have experience in managing mechanical subcontractors and direct staffExperience on commercial projectsMust have commercial mechanical installation and commissioning experience in large scale projects having worked as part of the senior management teamMust have the necessary qualifications and experience to direct the correct install of an energy center to include gas boilers, boosted cold water tank, commercial sprinkler system, MVHR, fan coils, under floor heating, HIU’s, commissioning including flushing, pressure testing, various types of pipework, xsabvtc QA checking and QA check list productionHNC in building services OR equivalent time served and industry qualificationsThis company has an excellent reputation throughout the market place and place a high value on service levels and delivery to their clients.If you would like to hear more about this role, then you can apply below, or call me on or email me on
