Right now there is a need to appoint a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor who will lead a major multi-phase development in Hertfordshire, totalling 1000+ units.
You will report to a Commercial Manager, and take responsibility for an Assistant, and a Commercial Administrator.
You will need proven experience of working in a major housebuilding environment ideally having delivered similar major projects.
