We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Revit MEP Technician to join our growing Building Services team based in Cambridge city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production and coordination of high-quality BIM and Revit MEP models, supporting multidisciplinary design teams from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) drawings and models using Autodesk Revit.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects.
  • Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and other design disciplines.
  • Attend project coordination and design meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Support engineers and project teams with technical detailing and design coordination.
  • Carry out clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians and assist in developing team capability.
  • Manage workload priorities and deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
