My Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Revit MEP Technician to join their dynamic team based in their Euston, London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to play a key role in delivering high-quality building services designs across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed and coordinated MEP models using Revit in line with project requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration
- Lead the development of BIM standards and workflows within the team
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Support project delivery from concept through to completion
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working as a Revit MEP Technician within the building services industry
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
- Experience working within a BIM Level 2 (or higher) environment
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
- Experience working on complex or large-scale projects
