b Overview /b p In this Senior Mechanical Design Engineer role, you will lead mechanical building services projects from concept to completion within a multi-disciplinary property consultancy. You will mentor junior engineers and operate in a client-facing capacity, coordinating with architects and developers. The role focuses on detailed design, reporting, and surveying of MEP systems, with exposure to project wins and growth opportunities. You will work from London near Aldgate, contributing to the firm’s expanding reputation and potential associate pathway. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead project delivery and coordination for mechanical building services /li li Mentor and develop junior engineers on the team /li li Prepare and review detailed design, reporting, and surveys of MEP systems /li li Maintain client-facing communication and manage relationships with architects and developers /li li Contribute to project administration and cross-functional collaboration /li li Support business growth and participate in framework/award-winning opportunities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li At least 6 years experience in mechanical building services design /li li Experience managing your own projects /li li Client-facing experience /li li Ability to communicate technical detail to non-technical audiences /li li Knowledge of CAD; familiarity with REVIT is beneficial /li li Experience in the commercial, education, banking and arts sectors (from description) /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li mentoring/leadership /li li team collaboration /li li Hevacomp /li li CAD /li li REVIT /li /ul
