Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS)East London£45,000 - £55,000 DOE Ashbys Consulting are working with a multi-diverse practice of Chartered surveyors and Chartered building consultants in London.
The head office/ practice is based in a large town in East London and provides services in the following disciplines: Building Surveying & Lead Consultancy, Project Management, Quantity Surveying & Cost Consultancy etc.
The position would ideally suit an MRICS Senior Surveyor with at least 5 years experience PQE.
The candidate will be a key player within the office and look to take a lead role.
Workload will include a full range of project and professional duties working for both private and public sector clients.
Some essentials skills needed are: Site surveys and reporting Condition survey reports for planned maintenance and asset expenditure planning Preparing tender documents for refurbishment and alteration works.
Preparing specifications and schedules Contract Admin Employer’s Agent duties Party wall Dilapidations The practice work within many sectors but mainly you would be working on Residential, Education, Office, Healthcare and Retail.
