A Chartered Building Surveyor is required in Lancashire with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus high bonus potential and benefits. Ashbys Consulting is recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established leading firm in the UK that has been providing a full range of quality surveying services and advice for residential and commercial clients for over 40 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete project from initial safety, strip out or demolition through to specification, tender, project management to completion and handover. In this position, you will cover Preston and the surrounding areas, with work being split between home and trips into the office. You will conduct a range of building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis for key commercial and residential clients. Main Duties:
- Chartered Surveyor - covering the Lancashire area

- 5 years minimum experience
- A range of project experience
- MRICS / Chartered
Basic Salary of £45k-£55k but with an OTE of £55k-£65k there is great potential to earn a significant bonus with this company.
