This consultancy have three teams in London who deliver commercial, life sciences and data centre projects for some of the largest tech companies globally and require an astute Director to assist each team Director with growth and efficiencies. Working alongside the UK Director who is primarily responsible for business development, globally - this division is expected to rapidly grow over the next 4 years and they require a Operations Director to manage this growth and ensure technical and operation performance does not slip. Candidates should have the below experience:Large amount of MEP Design team management experience within consultancies. Good experience working in client facing roles. Experience working on high performing buildings. This consultancy work predominately in Data Centres, Labs and Commercial - this exact project experience is not essential.
