Operations Director (MEP Design)Central London£125,000 + + 10% Bonus + Benefits A medium sized building services consultancy who have a first class reputation for delivering High Tech real estate projects across the UK are looking for an Operations Director to lead their London office.
This consultancy have three teams in London who deliver commercial, life sciences and data centre projects for some of the largest tech companies globally and require an astute Director to assist each team Director with growth and efficiencies.
Working alongside the UK Director who is primarily responsible for business development, globally - this division is expected to rapidly grow over the next 4 years and they require a Operations Director to manage this growth and ensure technical and operation performance does not slip.
Candidates should have the below experience: Large amount of MEP Design team management experience within consultancies.
Good experience working in client facing roles.
Experience working on high performing buildings.
This consultancy work predominately in Data Centres, Labs and Commercial - this exact project experience is not essential.
Good commercial acumen Either from a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
Passionate about building services engineering design and sustainable real estate.
