A well respected pure building services consultancy are looking for a permanent BIM Manager based out of their modern office in Central Manchester.

Our client has been established over 10 years and the practice has grown its knowledge and expertise to offer a compressive building services consultancy service with 3 locations, working on projects across the UK.

Their projects include extremely large Commercial, Residential, Mix-Use and Hotel projects, some of which have been very well publicised.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CAD/ Revit Engineer who wants to take on a new challenge and immerse themselves in the delivery of exciting projects who is looking to progress in their career.

Experience and Qualifications Minimum 6 plus years experience – REVIT Expert.

Worked within a contractor form previously Auto CAD Revit 3D BIM qualified.

Thorough knowledge of industry requirements.

Track, monitor and implement international CAD standards.

Understanding and use BIM within design team.

An engineering technician background would be beneficial to this role.
