Ashbys Consulting are working with a bespoke ESG consultancy in London; who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager.
The company are a young, small and flexible practice in the City, who are highly ambitious, actively non-corporate, and are currently punching well above their weight in terms of the clients they work with.
They offer a full suite of ESG-focussed property services, generally culminating in the project management of major commercial fit-out schemes across London.
They work with a variety of developers, landlords, and consultancies to maximise revenue and ESG perfomance from a wide commercial property portfolio.
This practice are looking to appoint a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Director who will lead the project delivery side of the business.
Typically managing half a dozen or more live projects, you will be responsible for all aspects of each project from conception, design, and planning, through to delivery and completion.
You will appoint and co-ordinate bid managers, architects, contractors, consultants, and regularly liaise with clients and tenants.
You will need a proven track record of delivering sizeable complex projects in similar environments; ideally with the ability to manage clients and bring in new work.
You should be pro-active, ambitious, technically astute, and have the capacity to run multiple live schemes.
