Ashbys Consulting have been appointed by one of the largest building consultancies in the world, to identify Senior and Associate level Building Surveyors for their Central London office.

The company operate across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, employing upwards of 5,000 people in 50+ offices, and generating more than half a billion pounds of revenue annually.

Their UK operation offers a full spectrum of construction / property services including architecture, building services, project management, building surveying, ESG consulting, fire protection, energy management, and many more.

In their London office, they are looking to build a brand new Building Surveying team.

They have recently appointed a Director to lead this, and he will be growing the team consistently over the next five years.

They have a huge pipeline of work from exisiting clients, so there is minimal requirement for you to develop new business, and there is a significant opportunity to specify the type of work you want to do.

You could to choose to only deliver project work; or to only deliver professional services; or to work on a mixture of both.

Their clients come from the public and private sectors, and include major, blue chip, household names.

Their projects are entirely within London, and can reach up to £100m in value.
