A well renowned sustainability and engineering consultancy, based in Essex, are looking for a BREEAM Assessor. Due to my clients continued growth they are looking to expand their established Sustainability team who are working on cutting-edge projects across London. Their dedicated Sustainability team work with all multi-disciplinary teams within their business model, therefore you will benefit from the skills and expertise across the Practice.
Typical responsibilities will involve:
- Preparing and running BREEAM assessments on a wide range of building types
- Contributing to the delivery of high end projects
- Building performance and operational energy
- Energy Masterplanning
- Compliance and Performance
- Actively liaising with architects and engineers and members of the S&E team to develop sustainable buildings
- Prepare technical reports and relevant aspects of tender specifications
- Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Contributing to our multi-disciplinary network of Sustainability Champions
About you:
- Relevant degree level qualification (MSc desirable)
- Knowledge of BREEAM/ Must be qualified BREEAM Assessor
- Team player with strong communication skills both verbally and writing
- Appreciate a varied and challenging workload
