Ahsbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a building services contractor working on a £20m commercial fit-out scheme in the city. You will manage and quality control the entire mechanical installation on this project.

They are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • 5 years' experience as a mechanical project manager
  • Must have experience in managing mechanical subcontractors and direct staff
  • Experience on commercial projects
  • Must have commercial mechanical installation and commissioning experience in large scale projects having worked as part of the senior management team
  • Must have the necessary qualifications and experience to direct the correct install of an energy center to include gas boilers, boosted cold water tank, commercial sprinkler system, MVHR, fan coils, under floor heating, HIU's, commissioning including flushing, pressure testing, various types of pipework, QA checking and QA check list production
  • HNC in building services OR equivalent time served and industry qualifications
