Project Manager – Civils / Externals Vauxhall, South West London£90,000-£95,000k + Package My client, a main developer based in London, are seeking an experienced project manager to join them on a permanent basis. They're currently developing a 1300-unit mixed-use development in South West London.The ideal candidate must have a background of working for main contractors, with experience managing the external packages on a project valued from £50million+.Key Responsibilities: Site logistics with both development of strategy and execution on siteBasement and remediationCivils and structural workFaçade worksS278 workHard and soft landscaping phasingBathroom Pod installation – development of order and strategyLiaise with fit out and M&E Project Managers to help drive and ensure deliverySales and Marketing Suite DeliveryGet involved with Fit Out and M&E strategy as requiredWorks closely with Construction Director and MEP Project ManagerAssist with building team to plan and deliver the above and fit out worksGoing forward the role may involve leading of fit out works depending on workload, with team in place to deliver 4 units per week from Summer 2020Qualifications & Experience:10 plus years' experience in the industry preferableExperience of running logistics of a site beneficialEngineering background desirable but not essentialIT skills to a level to allow ability to;Deliver professional reports o Understand, audit and improve QA processUnderstand drawingsCommunicate effectively to Senior Company ManagementGood with management process with desire to review and improveGood team player and willing to get stuck in where requiredSMSTS qualifiedFirst AidLiaise and build relationships with Warranty Providers and Quality checkersPlease get in touch to hear more about this opportunity on 0203 091 3599 / 07545829296 email: Cameron@ashbysconsulting.co.ukindsj
