An award winning MEP Design Studio are looking to expand their team with an experienced mechanical engineer, within their London office.

This is an opportunity to join a team an innovative studio that promotes a collaborative approach to problem solving.

You will be surrounded with industry leaders that are continuously pushing the boundaries engineering to ensure that we tread more carefully on the environment.

The value that is added to projects via this approach has allowed for long lasting relationships with collaborators, clients and most importantly colleagues within the business.

As a senior member of the team, you will need to demonstrate a passion of mechanical engineer and how that impacts the wider common goals of the ethos of the business.

You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a range of projects and providing specialist knowledge across the board.

You will play an important part in in leading and coordinating the internal efforts of junior staff.

In return you will most importantly get the freedom to contribute ideas and play an active part in the design process.

The aim of this practice is to give you a platform to make a genuine difference, that is not possible in the wider Building Services arena.

Ideal you will have an accredited Building Services / Mechanical Engineering degree or higher educational qualification Ideally + 5 years' experience within a building services design role running projects from conception through to completion including calculations, drawings, specifications, etc Ideally chartered or working towards chartered engineer status with a suitable institution Experience using Auto CAD and Revit Experience using design software such as IES, Hevacomp and Revit You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high-level diligence and organisational skill
