This role is to be based at one of their large, well publicised commercial projects in Central London for a fixed period of 2 years.
This consultancy have a fantastic reputation in the market for working on a number of the largest projects in London.
Responsible for inspecting engineering service installations undertaken by contractors, report on completeness and quality, witness testing and commissioning and review record documentation.
Your feedback to their design teams will be an important contributor to maintaining the high standards of installation required by the practice upon which their reputation has been founded.
Candidate should have worked within a Resident Engineer role and have a good understanding of Design and installation of M&E services.
Ideally candidates will have expertise in: contract management and its associated administrationthe testing (ideally integrated) and commissioning of building services installationsconstruction site quality control Client / architect etc.
