Ashbys Consulting are working with a bespoke building consultant in Central London who are looking for Chartered Building Surveyors with with proven experience in the commercial and residential property sectors.

This company have eight offices nationwide, and their London region delivers a range of services for some major clients including real estate agents; local authorities; private property developers; management consultants; and national government estates.

With a relatively small team in London, there is the opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to work as the right hand man to the BC Director, with the potential to manage a select group of graduates.

You will also be allowed (to an extent) to hand pick the sector you operate in, and the clients you work with.

You will need a proven track record of delivering projects and professional services in similar environments; ideally with the ability to manage clients and bring in new work.

You should be MRICS or FRICS, with the expertise and autonomy to be able to deliver high value work in a bespoke consultancy environment.
