A medium sized, independent property consultancy is looking for an Associate Sustainability Consultant to lead a team of 5 sustainability consultants in their London office. Working largely on residential and commercial projects, the candidate will have strong knowledge of these projects and prior experience with them.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to provide strategic advice on sustainable development
  • Whole life carbon
  • Strong report writing experience
  • Consultancy experience
  • Able to write a planning submission
  • BREEAM is useful but it isn’t the key need
  • Worked with similar real estate investor clients
  • It’s not a compliance role
  • Client facing: experience of working with commercial real estate investors
