Associate Director Central London A medium sized multi-disciplined consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to lead large scale projects within the commercial, hotel and mix-used projects sectors.
This consultancy with offices across the UK and Europe have a fantastic reputation for delivering well publicised projects with highly complex engineering.
Within the role you will take up Team Manager duties of a small team of engineers while holding project manager/ project director duties on projects, coordinating MEP teams.
Reporting to a board Director this is a fantastic role to get involved with day to day operations within a large multi – disc consultancy, being involved in resource management, financials, and leading QA.
Candidates should have over 9 years working within a building services consultancy, be degree qualified and have a real passion for mechanical building services design engineering.
Within 12 months the company see this person being promoted to Board Director with the opportunity for Equity options soon after.
