We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join our growing Building Services team in Essex. This is a key technical role, supporting the delivery of high-quality MEP designs across a range of commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use projects. You will take ownership of the Revit models, lead coordination efforts, and support junior technicians while working closely with engineers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, manage, and coordinate detailed MEP Revit models.
  • Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, BEPs, and client requirements.
  • Lead clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate drawings, schedules, and construction information.
  • Support engineers by translating design calculations into coordinated models.
  • Oversee and mentor junior Revit technicians and provide technical guidance.
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve design issues.
  • Manage model updates through all project stages (concept to construction).
