The Opportunity
My client is looking for an experienced Associate (Mechanical or Electrical) to join their Building Services team. They are open to candidates from either discipline — the key focus is on project leadership, team management, and client engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior or Principal Engineer ready to step up, or an existing Associate seeking a broader leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead M&E project delivery and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee design strategy and quality across projects
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Manage programmes, budgets, and resources
- Build strong client relationships and support business development
- Ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards
About You
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Engineering
- Proven experience in project and team leadership
- Degree qualified and working towards (or holding) Chartered status
- Experience delivering projects within the built environment

- Experience with relevant design software and modelling tools
