Ashbys Consulting are working with a bespoke, independent building consultancy based near Chelmsford who are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor with with proven experience in the commercial and residential property sectors.

The company are a single office practice, and have been trading for almost 30 years.

They offer a wide range of project management and professional services, and are especially strong in the education, industrial, and private commercial sectors.

They operate predominantly in Essex, London and the South East.

The company have a huge amount of ongoing work, and in line with their long term expansion plans, are now looking for a professional services focussed Surveyor to join the team.

You will need a proven ability to perform a variety of services including Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Home Buyer Reports, Project Management, and Schedules of Repairs.

You should have a background of working in a consultancy environment, and be a full RICS member.
