The predicted salary is between 55350 - 67650 £ per year.
Our client has established themselves as a leading player in the building services market and is one of the industry's largest independent contractors. They have an annual turnover approaching £200m and have been in the building services industry for over 70 years.
Responsibilities include:
- Have responsibility for all aspects of assigned project work with an established team
- Support more junior members of the team, act as technical mentor
- Working and liaising with associated engineering disciplines as part of delivering projects
- Management of internal and external stakeholders
- Support senior managers running the commercial and contractual side of projects
You must have the following:
- Chartered building services experience
- Degree qualified in electrical or building services engineering
- Experience of mentoring and leading project teams
- Experience of taking financial, technical and quality and environmental responsibility for projects
- Enthusiastic and ambitious
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentation
- Ability to lead electrical elements of one large project or a portfolio of smaller projects
