A well renowned sustainability and engineering consultancy, based in Essex, are looking for a BREEAM Assessor. Due to my clients continued growth they are looking to expand their established Sustainability team who are working on cutting-edge projects across London. Their dedicated Sustainability team work with all multi-disciplinary teams within their business model, therefore you will benefit from the skills and expertise across the Practice.

Typical responsibilities will involve:

  • Preparing and running BREEAM assessments on a wide range of building types
  • Contributing to the delivery of high end projects
  • Building performance and operational energy
  • Energy Masterplanning
  • Compliance and Performance
  • Actively liaising with architects and engineers and members of the S&E team to develop sustainable buildings
  • Prepare technical reports and relevant aspects of tender specifications
  • Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Contributing to our multi-disciplinary network of Sustainability Champions

About you:

  • Relevant degree level qualification (MSc desirable)
  • Knowledge of BREEAM/ Must be qualified BREEAM Assessor
  • Team player with strong communication skills both verbally and writing
  • Appreciate a varied and challenging workload
