An award-winning, international, independent real estate consultancy are eager to bring in a Senior to Associate Multi-Disciplined Building Services Engineer to their stylish and modern Central Birmingham office.

With over thirty years’ experience and a strong European network they are able to provide a wide range of specialist consultancy services across the built environment and sustainability fields.

They are looking for a Senior to Associate Engineer with ideally both mechanical and electrical experience to join their Operational Engineering team.

You will be visiting sites across the Midlands and East Anglia to conduct surveys and reporting refurbishments for commercial and industrial properties.

Key responsibilities: Dilapidations reports Technical Due Diligence reports PPM Capex reports Providing technical advice The right candidate will: CIBSE qualification or related degree equivalent Excellent report writing and communication skills Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation and chilled water systems In return they offer highly competitive salaries and a generous benefits package consisting of a discretionary bonus, car allowance, pension scheme and various other health and well being benefits.
