Our client is looking for an Associate (Mechanically or Sustainability Biased) to lead an already successful team and play a big part in the overall running of the office.

Your New Role:

  • Your key responsibilities will be taking the lead on projects and providing excellent client management.
  • The daily management of workflow and enabling efficient delivery of projects, sometimes to tight timescales.
  • Providing excellent business development by creating and developing new opportunities and regularly producing accurate fee and resource planning information.

Required Experience and Skill-set:

  • Significant knowledge and experience of your local market including business development.
  • Experience working on a variety of projects across a range of sectors.
  • A good knowledge of current technical standards and regulations.
  • Commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to lead and develop a team of people.
