We're seeking an experienced and innovative Mechanical Associate to join this newly formed team in Central London and be part of a global practice shaping a sustianable future.

As a Mechanical Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and growth strategy of our newly formed Energy Transition team.

Reporting directly to a Technical Director within the team, you'll navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of sustainable energy and water management.

Your creativity and vision will be instrumental as we innovate designs for carbon-neutral and zero water/waste buildings, future-proofed for new fuels and technologies.

Leading medium-sized projects and contributing to large-scale projects throughout the design and construction phases.

Close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and design team members to deliver projects and drive business development initiatives.

Spearheading commercial bids to secure new projects, leveraging resources within the company and external partners.

Driving innovation by working closely with our R&D section to bring cutting-edge technologies to market.
