As our next Integrations Consultant, you’ll be responsible for defining, advising on, and managing the technical requirements for enterprise customers integrating their Ashby ATS instance with our custom-built Workday API. As additional enterprise HCM integrations ship, you may also act as the technical subject‑matter expert for implementing customers. Your role will involve advising on integration best practices, technical configurations, and collaborating with customers’ internal experts. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross‑functional partners.
Role requirements
- Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Integration Experience: Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday Core HCM, aligning with stakeholders, and delivering results. Workday HCM certification is a plus. Experience with UKG, ADP, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors is also valued.
- Customer Centricity: Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations. Build strong relationships and act as the proactive guide.
- Change Management: Experienced in navigating change management processes to help customers adapt to new systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies; curious and creative.
- Consultative: Advises customers on best practices to ensure optimal value.
- Innovative & Principled: Proactively address thematic opportunities and improve processes.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partners effectively across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
