Salary: £36,000 – £38,000

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to step into a Senior Individual Giving Executive (Retention) role? Well, we are very excited to be working with a leading welfare charity as they look for a passionate fundraiser to join them in this newly created role.

As Senior Individual Giving Executive, you will take the lead on scoping, proposing and implementing multi-channel stewardship campaigns to maximise income and supporter engagement. This will be done through both offline and digital activity through stewardship and development campaigns to uplift warm contacts.

This is a very exciting opportunity for a fundraiser with direct marketing experience to take a step up and play a large part in shaping and delivering a donor engagement strategy.

To be successful as the Senior Individual Giving Executive, you will need:

• Proven experience in managing mass market donor or customer retention / loyalty activity
• Excellent understanding of digital and offline marketing principles and best practices
• Experience of effectively briefing and managing ongoing relationships with agencies.
