We have a brilliant opportunity for a Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships to join the fantastic team at Dementia UK. This is a chance to lead a high-performing team of 13 and shape the future of philanthropy and partnerships at a time of exciting growth. With a hybrid working model, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a real impact, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to maximise income generation for long-term success.
As part of this role, you will lead the strategic direction of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, overseeing corporate, trusts, and major donor income streams. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO and trustees, to build and steward high-value relationships while fostering a collaborative and aspirational team culture.
To be successful as the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, you will need:
- Proven experience leading high-value fundraising teams across corporate, trust, and major donor income streams
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills, with a track record of delivering income growth
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and inspire long-term support
