Apex Recruitment is growing, and demand for our temporary recruitment services continues to be strong. We are looking for a proactive and people‑focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Warwick‑based team, supporting existing client requirements while helping to develop new opportunities.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum inclusive of OTE, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening and engaging high‑quality temporary candidates in line with client requirements.
- Managing the full temporary recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to placement and ongoing assignment support.
- Building strong relationships with clients, candidates and temporary workers through regular communication and excellent service.
- Co‑ordinating vacancies from new and existing clients, ensuring roles are filled quickly, accurately and professionally.
- Supporting compliance, onboarding and right‑to‑work checks to ensure a smooth start for every temporary worker.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident building relationships with a wide range of people. You will enjoy working at pace, solving problems and delivering a responsive, high‑quality service. Experience within temporary, technical or engineering recruitment would be advantageous, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are just as important.
