Ashby Finance in Leamington Spa is seeking a Team Leader – Spare Parts to run daily shift operations, deliver production targets safely and efficiently, and support the ongoing development of the team.
You will own hands-on duties, lead a team, maintain health and safety standards, monitor KPIs, manage attendance and stock, and drive continuous improvement across the material supply chain.
This is a day shift, permanent role with opportunities for progression within a manufacturing environment.
