Key Responsibilities Of The Press Supervisor
- Must have experience working in a press shop environment and operating a Press machine
- Experience operating mechanical, hydraulic, or servo presses safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of metal stamping, pressing, and forming processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for production activities and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate workforce deployment, machine utilisation, and shift resources.
- Lead shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records.
- Ensure work is completed in line with procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Promote compliance with health, safety, environmental, and 6S requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Support employee development through training and coaching.
- Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and escalation where necessary.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and overall team performance.
- Conduct investigations and produce reports when required.Maintain clear communication across teams to support operational success.

Rotating Fortnightly Shifts
- Monday to Thursday 06.00ampm (8 hours per day)
- Friday 06.00ampm (7 hours per day)
- Monday to Thursday 14.00pm -22.00pm (8 hours per day)
- Friday 13.00pm -20.00pm (7 hours per day)
