An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing automotive business in Daventry.

Working closely with the HR/recruitment team and hiring managers, you’ll play a key role in keeping recruitment activity running smoothly and delivering a positive experience for candidates.

From advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process, this is a varied Recruitment Coordinator role offering plenty of opportunity to build your recruitment knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities Of The Recruitment Coordinator

  • Support recruitment activity across a variety of roles and departments.
  • Create and advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Source and identify potential candidates using Linked In and internal databases.
  • Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with references, background checks and pre-employment requirements.
  • Support the preparation of offers and onboarding documentation.
  • Provide general recruitment administration and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience within recruitment, HR, administration or a similar coordination role would be beneficial.
  • Recruitment agency or internal recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Experience within automotive, manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident, professional and personable communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills; experience with an ATS, job boards or Linked In would be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a career within recruitment.
