The MP&L Manager will play a critical role in coordinating customer demand, production planning, material scheduling, and supply chain activities to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Of The MP&L Manager

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer demand requirements are achieved efficiently
  • Manage customer order processing and coordinate the full order-to-delivery process
  • Analyse customer schedules and production requirements to develop operational production plans
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including OTIF performance and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with customers to forecast ongoing demand requirements accurately
  • Respond proactively to supply chain disruptions and resolve operational challenges efficiently
  • Create material schedules and forecasts to support customer and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain delivery performance targets
  • Monitor inventory levels including safety stock management to minimise shortages and excess stock
  • Support invoicing resolution activities where required

Hours & Pay

Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 & Friday 08:00 – 14:00

Pay: Up to £45,000 per annum
