Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change & Communications Analyst to join our client based in Gaydon. You will be responsible for supporting the successful integration of four CEX teams by delivering clear, timely and engaging change communications. It will play a key role in supporting colleagues through the people transition using structured change management activities, while driving the embedding and adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Of The Change & Communications Analyst
- Contribute to the development and delivery of internal communications supporting the CEX Unity programme, including programme updates, FAQs, leadership messaging and toolkits for people managers.
- Support the creation of change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and assess business readiness ahead of phased implementations, integrations and go-live activities.
- Coordinate and deliver employee engagement initiatives such as workshops, town halls, feedback sessions and drop-in forums.
- Track, analyse and respond to employee sentiment using engagement surveys, EMPS data and qualitative feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Programme and Project Managers, Business Analysts, Organisation Design teams and People Partners to ensure change and communications activity aligns with key delivery milestones.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in change management and internal communications within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong written communication and storytelling capability, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear, engaging and accessible content.
- Experienced in designing and facilitating workshops.
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and gathering, facilitating and responding to feedback.
- Familiar with digital communication platforms, including SharePoint, Yammer, Microsoft Teams and email channels.
- Solid understanding of organisation design and employee experience principles.
Please note this role is deemed inside of IR35. The Umbrella Pay Rate offered is inclusive of the Assignment pay rate, holiday pay and Apex Recruitment's contribution towards Employer Costs.
