Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring robust governance, assurance, and coordination across a portfolio of non-production projects. This Project Manager role focuses on maintaining project management discipline, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and driving consistency in delivery standards across complex environments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate gateway reviews for non-production projects, ensuring governance standards are upheld
  • Facilitate escalation pathways between central and plant teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Own and manage Group & Domain review meetings, including agenda setting and execution
  • Triage risks and issues across multiple projects, maintaining assurance and delivery hygiene
  • Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycle stages from initiation to closure
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
  • Mentor junior project managers and promote best practice standards

Requirements Of The Role

  • Proven experience operating as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments
  • Strong understanding of project governance, assurance, and risk management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within structured project environments
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
