Role & Responsibilities Of The Accounts Assistant

  • Process supplier invoices and payments accurately using finance systems
  • Respond to supplier queries via email and telephone
  • Complete supplier and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox
  • Generate reports from finance and internal business systems
  • Liaise regularly with the USA finance team
  • Utilise NetSuite, Tipalti, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Support month-end activities and reconciliation processes
  • Assist with wider finance and administrative duties as required
  • Contribute to the success of the Accounts Payable Assistant function through accurate and timely financial administration

Requirements Of The Role

  • Previous experience within finance, accounts payable, purchase ledger, or administration environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business
