Ashby Finance seeks a Lead CMF Designer to join the Colour and Trim function, reporting to the Head of Colour and Trim. You will lead CMF design solutions for new automotive products across 2D, 3D and digital media, developing proposals that meet technical and ergonomic requirements.

This senior role requires presenting at director level and delivering brand-led CMF innovations, collaborating across internal teams and suppliers in a hybrid Crewe-based role.
